I sort of agree the American Indians should worry about stuff besides sports teams changing their names. (I've always very much respected the Native Americans, BTW) I was going to Indians games decades ago in the OLD stadium (baseball and football usage). So the 90's teams were great but they didn't quite get it done. The Cavs meanwhile, will move on to the next one.
