Honestly, as an OKC fan and Shai fan I’m ok with either player getting the MVP. I find the conversation annoying, toxic, and distracting from the actual game. I hope we meet Nuggets again in the playoffs. They’re a great team, great challenge and expect an epic series.

Jokic fan here. I hate how the media is covering all this crap but I will say I respect the shit out of SGA, his game is so smooth. I still believe Jokic should be the MVP for this historic season and having the nuggets as a 2nd seed with all the injuries and inconsistencies from Murray and mpj he should win but if SGA wins I am fine with that as well, he is a beast.

Watching Embid getting that MVP over Jokic it destroyed him. It was a such a impact on his character, mind, game that he could not endure. He couldn't handle the pressure. Especially knowing that he did not deserve the MVP title that year. It was gifted to him. Imagine knowing you were not up to the task and everyone in NBA and World basketball community knows that. That pressure he couldn't handle it! He failed big time when we expected from him to be "better".

I put the loss on SGA for only taking 14 shots, with JDub out you would think he’d be much more aggressive! 14 shots?!! Not nearly enough, at least take 20pg minimum!
I have to preface this by saying I grew up in the 1980s playing ball in NYC division one, The Cage and at Rucker Park. Back then there was a whole thing about Larry Bird being slow, not good and ugly. The bad boys of Detroit, Dennis Rodman and Isiah Thomas said on Larry Bird: "If He Was Black, He'd Be Just Another Good Guy." it is truly sad that Jokic is so good and has such an intelligence for the game. They just can’t see it to give it to him another time because she’s not jumping up and he truly is the wrong flavor that they like truly sad.

Lu Dort flops more than anyone I ever seen on Defense. He also a hack and a half. Loved watching CB level him on a legal screen.
Shai is a decent articulate superstar. I would enjoy his game more if he didn't grift for foul calls. It's not his fault the league encourages this.
