What are we even doing here the dude is averaging more points rebounds and assist then he did in Golden State LOL as we are currently constructed we are literally a superstar / closer away from competing for a championship. Ngl KD would be real nice in Miami.

Yeah Wiggins has been disapointing. Its not all about scoring points. You need to understand what is happening during the game. A real baller can figure out when to get aggressive and when to defer. I see a trade chip in him. Nothing more.
Wiggins was awesome in the championship run, I won’t take that from him. However, his All-Star selection was because of that KPOP star telling all his millions of fans world wide to vote for Wiggins. It was hilarious and not really deserved.

Speaking as a Warriors fan who was the first to say I liked him without adding a disclaimer about an overpaid contract, I was very happy to see Wiggs develop into a strong two-way player in Golden State. We got 17-20 PPG from him every year except last year when his father was dying. It was always clear that he would always be a supplementary scorer and that games where he was particularly aggressive were not going to be the norm (except when they were in the biggest two playoff series of 2022). You are most likely to get the best out of him with positive strokes and keeping him out of the spotlight. Negative energy saps him, and he's not a "Shooters shoot" kind of guy… he shuts it down if he's not on. He's doing better for you so far this year per game than his career averages, so if you're down on him I assume it's for the same reasons Minnesota was: He seems hot and cold.
He was never the kind of guy who turns the bus around when it's going bad, which we found out is exactly what we got in Jimmy Butler. Jimmy controls the game especially when it needs slowing down with free throws. No one in the dynasty has done that besides Kevin Durant, and even then, it didn't seem that strategic, it just seemed to be how he played.
Wiggins numbers have been really good he's been one of the bright spots in this team. the reason were not getting results is because nobody other than Duncan produces off the bench

Wiggins giving us more than what Jimmy was this year. And for me to say that Jimmy is better than Wigs, is like to say that Jimmy got a ring and Wigs don't. Because Klay and Steph wasn't going to beat Boston alone that year.

I hope Miami trade Wiggs this offseason hopefully back to Warriors or Phoenix. It’s trash in Miami and he will just get wasted there. Warriors know how to used him better than the Heat. Wiggs needs High IQ basketball players to play with to maximize his talent just like in Golden State but sorry to say you guys don’t have it there in Miami. Blow up your team and just rebuild. Your team needs Veterans who have high Basketball IQ. Jimmy is thriving in Golden State not because of who he is !! It’s because he is playing with Steph and Draymond and that System that makes everyone better.
Jimmy doesn't deserve his number retired with Miami. Not after how he abandoned ship and broke his promise to win a championship here.
