  1. It’s not just that he is effective. His game is so beautiful to watch. So versatile. Most of his buckets have different techniques in them.

  2. Okc only won by 6pts against the Celtics without KP, a bad jaylen brown performance, jaylen brown and derrick white fouling out in 4 mins left in the 4th, crucial moment in the game because of okc and sga’s foul baiting and flopping skills that get them into foul trouble. Officiating wise was unfair, thunder were in favour as the refs blatantly call fouls on celtics because of okc flopping.

Celtics did play terrible this game, having costly turnover after turnover, terrible shot selections but they made more field goals, more 3s than the thunder yet they still lost due to free throw disparity. I mean how are you supposed to guard sga if refs calls soft fouls for minimal contact. Basketball is a physical sport in general but clearly against okc, it contradicts this adage. Any minimal contact against them will result in foul or free throws for them; I mean how do you think celtics perimeter defenders, JB and D white fouled out in the same game. That’s two person fouling out in a regular season game, don’t you think that is absurd and horrendous?

Sure, I do agree that if you drive more you will definitely have contact and you will shoot more free throws but you must understand the difference between getting contact and foul baiting, flopping. In playoffs, refs are not going to call this minimal contact fouls, they will let the game be more physical.

  3. Very good player, however when playoffs start thunder wont go too far. Not because they aren’t a great team but they rely on one player to win games. Not trying to hate.

  4. People rag him so much because he’s amazing all regular season and come post season. What does him and that team do? Or don’t even make it to the playoffs better yet… so yeah the hype is kinda weird! This is going back to 2019

  6. 34 points to go with 7 assists 5 rebounds? Only? Just that? This is under Jokic regular numbers. SGA is just average star, we have more players like him. Jokic is one. SGA did have any TD in career or this season and how many? OKC will play Playodds without him…..

  7. He has one of the most outrageous/agregious carries every time he dribbles lmao. I know that the refs will never call that foul again in the history of the sport but his dribbles are some of the most agregious ones I've seen in the last 30 years of watching hahs

  8. Shai's highlights never feel as epic as his box score looks. I was wondering why this 34 point game felt like a 24 point game, then I looked it up and he made 10 free throws. I'm so glad my favorite player growing up was Steph Curry. When he scores 34 or 40 or 56, it feels as epic as it sounds.

  9. youre KIDDING yourself if you think the foul baiting doesn't take away from the greatness narrative when it comes to SGA. The brother is obviously incredibly talented and MVP caliber but, lets be real, he flops like a Magikarp, and the refs give him a pass straight to the line. People will point to the 8 or so FTA per game to avoid the reality that he's attempted 500 FTs while nobody else has taken 400 this season. After experiencing the game last night, Chris Finch was absolutely correct when he told the world that when you play OKC you have to be mentally tough because they are over aggressive on defense all game, and then on the other end SGA is going to get basically every call. Celtics were not mentally tough enough to win this game, exibited by Jaylen Brown fouling out, and Jayson Tatum picking up a technical foul. This would be a WILDLY entertaining Finals matchup, especially if both team were fully healthy.

  10. He just looks like he’s not trying at all lol. It’s so easy for him. He does a hesi like every single dribble. Just has such good control of the ball, really fun to watch
