I’m ngl Kenyon and Gil had some pretty bad takes here… saying Orlando should want to play Cleveland is nuts this is not the same cavs team as last year and what they don’t know is how even when Mitchell or Garland are off we can still beat top teams because we’re so deep. In the first OKC game Mitchell didn’t score is first basket until a few minutes left in the first half… it’s going to be funny looking back on this and seeing everyone in the media react to how great the Cavs truly are because it’s clear they don’t watch us
Allen missed the entire series, while Mitchell missed the last 2-3 games in the series against Boston. These guys, like most, talk out of both sides of their mouths. All the speculations mean nothing. Just give the Cavs their due for being the best team in the NBA thus far. The playoffs have no bearing on that to this point. Further, they have shown to be better than the Celtics, based on record and head-to-head, which they have split. Also, what the Celtics did last season means nothing regarding this season. If that weren't the cased, every team that wins the champion the prior season should automatically win the next season, right? Their bias, like all the others with mics in front of them, is so obvious. It is also hilarious to state emphatically that the Magic WANTS to play the Cavs. Yeah, the Magic! How does he know that? Just hilarious. As if the Magic know without a doubt, they can beat the Cavs. This all is so silly.
