This team is an ok fantasy basketball team but not a well-built roster. Who cares that some guys on the kings can score or get triple doubles? No one on the warriors had a phenomenal stat line tonight and they spanked you. This team is like cotton candy, all fluff. You know why the clippers won the other night ? Because two time finals mvp Kwhai took it from you when it counted. Why will the warriors win over the kings? Because 4 time nba champs Steph and Draymond and drag my heat team to the finals Jimmy Buttler will snatch it from you. I have no confidence that this is a team of winning players. We can beat bad teams and throw a parade when we make it to the playoffs and lose in the first round. Too many bad years have lowered the expectations and self-esteem of this franchise. Get someone in leadership who can put some respect on the Kings name. We wine when we have no all stars or recognition in the national media. Go out and win and deserve it. Earn it. No excuses. No victim mentality. Just win.
You are better off watching March Madness of college basketball than the 4-month madness you've been experiencing out of Sacramento. Take a break Sacramento fans, it's a lot more fun watching college madness than prolonging more Sacramento madness. Come back to Sacramento madness or not after March Madness. By that time, you pretty much know where the madness ends.

Doug is full of it. The Kings "got in a groove" when Keon started. Before Monk was out, it was Fox and Keegan being replaced with Keon due to injury. Your right when you say it's not all on Monk, but someone has to come off the bench and the only logical choice is Monk. The stats don't lie when it comes to Keon starting when there are injuries.
So, who should the Kings pick at number 12?

Is Monk and Christie….Monk is not a PG and the way he plays shows it…yesterday he dribbles down the court and right away takes a 3 point shot instead of creating for the team…Christie does not have the balls to bench him..
I think I can't afford another year of DeRozan's iso and faking to get a call. Don't get me wrong, he is a really good player, but not what we need, not anymore at least. We need a true point guard who can score and pass the ball really well. So Monte, start to make some calls to the Atlanta's area and see what they want for Trae.
Honestly if I could sign for that best case scenario, hand me the pen. While getting rocked by OKC doesn’t sound that fun, I’d think just getting a true playoff berth would be reassuring to a lot of players like Sabonis or demar that this team could head in the right direction with a true point guard and a full off season of preparation

Isn’t the best case scenario that this season is legit kinda a wash, and then they are pretty dang competitive next year with a bit of retooling, and on offseason, I don’t think this trade was made to save this season that was already in distress after our easiest stretch of the season we went 6 games under .500
To me I think this team has talent but doesn’t have someone to facilitate, is missing their best player, a good defender in Laravia. And the interim coach just lost one of their better assistant coaches.
I think this team either will elevate Keon as their starting guard, or get a real PG and I honestly think we’ll win a lot of games next year

Doug got exposed if you ask me, used the exact same play schemes book as mike brown, and got burn twice, yes kings beat warriors twice both times without Kuminga, and without jimmy, when they got jimmy Doug still ignorantly use same play book to shut down only curry and got blown out 25+ points with Sabonis on thr floor….. Now same game plan repeated what happened??? Blown out by 26+ points
Monk is a back up SG playing PG & it shows through his play style. Dude runs down the court and chuck up ill-advised shots instead of facilitating like his team needs. Monk being the starting PG is a bad move. He does not work well with the line up they have. Zach plays passive & Demar is gassing himself out because of how fast pace Malik moves with the ball once he gets the rebound. I just do not like the facilitation & the ball does not move good enough. I see nothing but a bunch of iso & spot up 3s being taken
Wow, the Kings just looked terrible. I guess we have to be realistic and ask the question if we would rather sit through a rebuild or continue to watch what is currently on the floor. The owner is not going anywhere so blaming him won't solve anything in the future. I believe a complete rebuild is necessary including the front office. Need a good GM who will tell Vivek to sit and let him do his job.
