thibs cannot develop players he doenst empower or trust his bench hes a coach you get when the toolhouse is already set but the problem is he uses the tools till they dull out. he doenst make good rotations because he doenst trust the others. those are serious flaws of a coach. and cannot be ignored

Y'all are forgetting that Brunson is now out hurt with an injured ANKLE. Guys playing HEAVY minutes leads to more injuries. When you play for Tom Thibodeau…you will achieve some success in terms of winning regular season games, but, you will lose YEARS of basketball eligibility, because he is a career killer. You will be done by about age 31…33 tops. Derrick Rose is done and he is 36…he has been coming off the bench and basically being a journey man for years before his career ended…even in his prime.
That's why Prime Derrick Rose 🌹 wasn't the same after
