Been a butler fan since he was on the 76ers, I don’t mind him requesting a trade he deserved better but the amount of shitty deals for a guy that can turnaround any team and make them a contender was ridiculous to me. For some reason people cannot think logically. I kept telling the world how dumb Riley was. Every stat proved how great Jimmy was and on top of that Riley is the one who started the beef too and yet for some reason Jimmy was the one getting hate. Well, now he's thriving in GS meanwhile the Heat look pathetic. They're a play-in team for the next few years and the Warriors just climbed right back up into playoff territory. Bam is struggling without Jimmy. Herro cannot handle the Heat when you have to be the guy. The rest of the team isn't worth mentioning tbh.

so true. that's the reality heat fans have a hard time accepting. how mediocre this team is without jimmy buckets. from gm, to front office, to head coach, to roster. and its the truth jimmy dragged our mediocre asses to 2 finals with very little help. he made spo look like a genius. but in reality without jimmy this franchise is simply a shell of it's glory days. rick carlisle mentioned that too, that this organization was simply living off their past accomplishments. so happy jimmy is in golden state now in a system spo is simply trying to copy. hope he gets his ring. and so happy this trade had exposed the enitre heat organization. " heat culture" is nothing more than a means to get stars and players to get less than what their owed.

I think the NBA is starting to realize that superstars in big markets is what made the NBA the league it was. Luka to LA made the Lakers Celtics the most viewed game in 7 years. AE to Miami would make a lot of sense in that regard. And Cooper Flagg to the Bulls would make it too.
