I've never seen so many push-offs in an NBA game by one player, and surprisingly, none of them were called! JB had to challenge the one against Ausar, where SGA was clearly holding him. SGA is already a talented player, and he shouldn’t need the refs’ help, nor should he be able to push off every time he’s closely defended. Cade does it occasionally too, which highlights a bigger issue: the NBA needs to clean up the rules.
Defenders have a tough time stopping players when extending arms are allowed like that. The same can be said for defending three-point shots; players now jump sideways rather than genuinely contesting the shots. I really hope the league takes action to clean it up. With so many highly skilled athletes, it’s essential to ensure that the rules aren’t being exploited. Otherwise, the integrity of the game could be compromised!
1st tech was bad call, after that Pistons and coach have to pull Cade back. Bad leadership from team and coach and then coach blames refs for losing. Take responsibility.
So the play was just a loose ball foul, they lined a guy up for free throws like it was a tech, without letting the players line up on the box like a normal foul should be. The player points it out, gets a tech for literally just asking a question, and then gives him another tech for….reasons…. I can't imagine why the NBA viewership is down. Literally the worst officials in all of pro sports.

Ref can't acknowledge his mistake of not lining everyone up (it wasn't a technical foul FT), and can't accept the criticism. What an ego, 3 techs in one moment (2 for Cade and 1 for Schroeder), just because a guy wasn't doing his job right
First it was the refs against the Celtics, awarding okc 23 more free throws, jaylen brown and derrick white fouled out because of SGA flopping and foul baiting and now the pistons. Even Cade and JB bickerstaff can’t stand this BS by the refs. At this point, just cancel all of okc’s subsequent games, refs are going to let okc win anyway, SGA will shoot 10 free throws every game so no point for the any team to play okc. Wait till playoffs, they won’t get the same soft calls as they did in reg season

I've been an Okc fan since '08 – and #45 official is such a bad ref, if we play the same game we would like to play it on the same grounds, that was uncalled for, for throwing cade out the game but he shouldve stopped while he was ahead I get the frustration but thats a one-way ticket to the locker room, and when j-will was on the line and got tossed the rock, that was bad officiating too, "its disgusting" and shouldn't have happened if that was a FT – refs gets a power trip when there ego's are hurt for judging the calls.
Refs have some sort of gambling agenda. I have no doubt after watching some of these one sided whistle games.
Getting a review for a hostile act for Dort slipping on his own teammates foot in itself needs to be investigated that is CRAZY
