The Golden State Warriors Mixed Things Up And It Worked

The 2nd meeting between the Warriors VS the Knicks in as many weeks, was a back and forth clash. It was was entertaining due to how hard the Karl Towns’ Knicks competed, and how the dubs executed under pressure. Stay tuned

  1. First off, Dlfow, my compliments on the most succinct summary of this game…although I do want to add that was GP II who made the big steal on the inbound play. You do more in 5 minutes than legacy media does in half an hour. Now, as the probable oldest Warriors fan watching these videos (how old? I remember Al Attles as a player, then a player coach, and then a coach when the Warriors swept the Bullets in the finals…which I had resigned myself as being the only championship I would see in my lifetime), whenever I think of Al Attles, I always remember he combined with Wilt Chamberlain (before my time) to score 117 points-Wilt had 100 and Al had 17. This record for Steve Kerr is a big deal because he has four rings to go with it, so it is fitting. The thing that highlights don't capture was the massive defensive effort (especially in the last five minutes) that was required to get the win. The shots weren't falling and the Warriors kept up the defensive pressure, although there was a point in the third quarter where I wondered if Karl Anthony Townes was going to win it by himself. I do believe other history was made when Draymond Green dissuaded Kerr from challenging a call knowing he fouled Townes (watch enough of the these game you know Draymond constantly disputes fouls and wanting Kerr to challenge calls). I don't care how optimistic fans were about the Butler trade….NOBODY expected them to go 14-1 with him in the lineup.

  2. I think to show how the warriors were able to win this game in a defensive slug fest with neither team shooting the ball well was a really impressive win for the warriors there.🏀

  3. Dflow the role players for the warriors are getting more confidence overall and is building some great momentum overall there. I feel like the Knicks played well but the warriors did just enough to get the win and them trying to avoid the play in tournament.🏀

  4. Just my opinion but I don’t love that you speed up the game tape. It makes it tough to appreciate the flow of the game.

  5. i give credit to the bench we got a good starting lineup but if you don't have a good bench to keep the lead or possibly extend it you will lose
