definitely beautiful basketball. i want to draw attentionn to one particular part of that well played sequence for young hoopers. lillard's basic drive and basic bounce pass that became a basic but 100% success rate shot attempt. didnt even oop it. kept it very safe, very basic …very easy. the lesson? – master the safest play combo, beat defender then straight line drive into a bounce pass. even as you add more skill. this will always work. go back and watch tape of tommy amaker's brilliant mastery of the basics at duke.
