DM/DG have not shot well the last 2 months…free throws have hurt us…and that's the best I've seen Kwai in a LONG TIME and when a player like Boggie,who hasn't shot the ball well all year, can't miss a shot…That's a tough hill to climb! 2 straight 2nd half offensive struggles..that's a little alarming!
Evan offensively was better than Coach said. He should have got more touches and to be honest Max was hot too and needed more shots tonight. Don, DG, and Ty assist were there regarding "stats," but they actually should have passed more and all 3 those guys not been their best overall lately and been feeling themselves going more iso heavy (late). That with slipped defense, even Okoro ain't defending imo like he can. I don't agree with his plus minus tonight. Mobley the worst and him the best? Nah that was whack to me. Okoro ain't making three balls no more either. Not picking on him far from it, but J. Green the way he plays might need more minutes rebounding and defending he does. Play Wade at backup five and him the four and ice the three Ty and Merrill the guards. As a team we needed to defend better, smarter and STOP FOULING COACH IS DEFINITELY RIGHT ABOUT THIS ONE, and rebound please. Zubac 20 boards, really!? 😢 Some things to work on before playoffs, One loss definitely turned into two.
Donovan Mitchell had 10 points in the 1st quarter, 3 in the 2nd and 0 in the 3rd. Your best player can not just disappear on offense for 2/3 of the game and expect to win against better teams.
Find a better balance of flow state / relaxed… we are to relqxed right now… and I get it… yall are bored and on to the next thing… guess what there are still things to refine going into the playoffs… and the bottom line is we are going to lose games… so the sky is not falling by any means… however I think it’s important that when the ship goes wayward you always have the mindset of trying to correct it… it’s a battle if you make it a battle it’s a process if you work on it a little bit everyday… love the process.. that’s what got us here and love everyday… don’t get bored with success it just brings new challenges ask the Celtics they been on to the playoffs since last year ended…. And it will catch up to them… they ain’t sharp… we have to be !

Cavs scored 119 points is good enough to win 90% of the games. Clippers had too many guys making tough shots and scored 132 points.

They need to get Wade out and put Green in. Wade hesitates to shoot, while Green takes the shot and I feel better on the defense.
