The regular season means nothing anymore cuz players who are actually thinking of winning in the playoffs and winning championships treat the regular season as an 82 game practice mode.
Thats why we get these young teams every year that make a really high seeding in the regular season but don't go far in the playoffs once they meet the real teams (who end up in 4th, 5th or 6th seed)

I think that Cavs old comparison isn't even comparable. Evan Mobley is arguably our 2nd best player and is one of two defensive player of the year candidates. And our bench actually produces lol

Cavs right now , don't have starting five issues. Barring injury issues thy are legit. DeAndre Hunter was major trade for them . If i am Kenny Atkinson , the rest of the season, i go heavy on load managment. Avoid injuries, focus on Boston and OKC. Cause in the east, except Celtics, no one is going to beat them
