We have to stop with this minute's narrative with Thibs it's lazy. He doesn't do anything different than any other coach. He's not forcing anyone to play heavy minutes the players are grown men and they decided that they wanted to play those minutes as a coach he just allowed them to do it. When they ask to come out he takes them out.

This narrative that Thibs run his players into the ground is becoming hilarious. Even though this a sport. It is also a business. The front office spends a lot of money on this players. Coaches get blame and fires all the time when things don’t go right. Do you actually think the front office is just sitting around allowing Thibs to mess up an expensive product call the players. Remember this man got a contract extension. This continuously get coaching gigs because all he does is win where ever he goes. When he gets fired, it’s because his teams are advancing to the next level of winning a championship. He has never gotten fired because he ran players into the ground. Can we please not forget the 20 years before Thibs, the Knicks were going absolutely nowhere. This Knicks is very good and will in the playoffs mix for a long while. Yes….there is always room for improvement. Thibs can definitely improve upon his rotational principles. Especially as we near the playoffs. Thibs has been one of the best NY coaches in a very long time. Give him credit for bringing the Knicks back relevant status in the NBA.
