Casino owners should never own sports teams. I’m not saying billionaires are ok people, but to be a billionaire casino owner requires a special level of psychopath that maybe only Health insurance execs require. These jerks will just strip teams of their worth without any care for the future of the league.
Prokhorov's and Ishbia's mistakes are not even close. They traded assets for proven players. They failed to evaluate future, actual level of the stars in the aquisition and their suitability but that's just bad. Experienced duo in Philly just made the same mistake. This is just bad management and risk evaluation.
It's not even close to this madness. Even comparing these situations is ridiculous. Both Prokhorov and Ishbia wouldn't do Doncic's trade in their lifetime. They were overconfident, arrogant and poorly qualified, not moronic.

This Adelson family doesn’t deserve to be owners of a basketball team. I still don’t get why they entertained the idea of trading Luka when Nico first proposed it and with the package they got in return. I hope there is something suspicious going on behind the scenes to where the NBA would investigate and suspend those owners and force them to sell the team this is so damn ridiculous what they’ve done to a promising team like this.
