  1. Wait wait wait wait. Wow wow wow… are we getting Bulls content from Kenny?
    Are the Bulls really back?…

  2. "Pot B" is really how we all should consume sports. Cheering for your team to be bad for a high draft pick is really insane when you think about it.

  3. Good thing they are doing good this year. This draft has talent all the way through the lottery. Can probably find a big of the future around the 10 to 12 spot. Next year is the year to really tank. They need to get rid of vuc and maybe one or two of their point guards and then they can really tank for someone like boozer or debanza

  4. Just a quick question, how’s “trusting the process” going for the 76ers?
At some point you have to focus on building a winning culture with high IQ players on your team not just blindly tanking.

  5. Building a winning culture is very very important with a young team, and it's a start. OKC started that way, same with Portlans this season imo. I think you should look at the upside of going into next season with momentum plus a mid-range draft pick

  6. I get that you want good young players on rookie pays scale contracts so that you can get the critical mass of them, but the second half of that is “good young players”. It seems like the bulls have that rn and if they don’t, they won’t keep winning to problem solved. The bulls have spent so many years trading away their talented, underperforming, young players only for fans to lament the loss of these guys when they succeed elsewhere. I’m really happy to have a couple good young guys and I’m not so worried abt how it affects our odds of getting the scratch off lottery tickets that ppl seem to want so bad.

  7. Enjoy the ride, the good news is they are young and you don’t even know what their ceiling can be. Think about Giddey playing this hard given the amount of negative talk he has had since joining the bulls I think it’s impressive…

  8. I found myself in a similar situation when I was a fan of the John Wall, Christian Wood, Victor Oladipo Rockets team. Ultimately, I came to the conclusion that my rooting did not affect the outcome of the games anyways, so I just rooted for a win every night. Additionally, I think that, made it even more special whenever we started playing better. Also, one or two draft spots doesn’t always make or break your team. Imagine being the lucky team that gets the first pick just to take Greg Oden over Kevin Durant.

  9. I disagree with the notion that we don’t have a high upside. I think Coby White, Matas, and Josh Giddey could all be those franchise talents. Just enjoy the season and be happy with whatever the results

  10. We weren’t getting the 1st overall pick regardless because we’re still too talented to “tank “. We are looking decent in a broad range. The biggest difference is we need a superstar. You’re banking all your hope on a draft pick when we already have great young talent. We need a player like Giannis to come to Chicago. After the statement made from him about big markets. I’m very optimistic about our free agent attraction.

  11. I think the issue with the team building in the NBA these days is the lack of player development and continuity over the years. It’s rare that a team will enable players to grow and develop that consistency with their teammates over 2-4 years to allow them to become a good team. The GMs are looking to get a “superstar” instead of developing a super-team. Every year, the rosters are turning over 40+ percent of their teams and coaches. So guys like Giddy, Grayson Allen, DiVincenzo, and Myles Turner don’t have the opportunity to find their fit. Also, defense and hustle is so undervalued that players don’t believe they can make their payday on that end of the court, so they don’t put a ton of focus on it.

  12. What?? The way Giddey has been playing (at 22yrs old) – his ceiling is more like Luka level !! GTFOH saying it's lower than Franz Wagner !!

It's easy to say Giddey ain't got the ceiling of a Banchero when you're eyes are watching PB's athleticism and physical force, but Giddey is averaging higher fg%, 3p%, ft%, rebs, asts and stls this season (while putting up similar ppg since the all-star break as a #2 scoring option at best).

Now that Lavine has gone and Billy Donovon has put the ball in Giddey's hands (and trusted him) you're seeing what Giddey is capable of in this league.

  13. bulls are playing like the 2012-2016 celtics, rebuilding, but that team had the Nets picks who were tanking. bulls dont!!!! i like the effort but the vision isnt there

  14. Kenny just isn’t happy with the bulls no matter what with the bulls, always a victim mentality lmao. When he isn’t talking about the bulls, he’s so much more entertaining.

As a pistons fan, after getting cade, the lottery screwed us. Don’t depend on the lottery. Worst team in basketball 3 years in a row, fell to 5 three years in a row. 28 straight games lost last year. It was terrible. seriously I cannot tell you how bad it was. But guess what? We brought in role players that fit and wanted to be here, and kept letting our guys develop. The core is THE SAME

And Was Shai supposed to be an MVP candidate??? Well trading for him worked out didn’t it. No one saw his ceiling being this. My point being: How do you know a player’s ceiling? You don’t. So being so negative is just weird.
