I think he has definitely stepped up on Brunson’s absence, but I think we still need more.

Kolec is a true point guard. Better than Deuce who's 2 guard.

When you have a Kolek on the floor your offense will thrive. 8 assist of the bench. How some of us knew that but not Thibs. We will do better with Kolek getting his mins than starting McBride
He shouldn’t be on the floor if he doesn’t score worthless
Owners ruined this team last year we had a good bench team trading guys eliminated the spark that we had last year

Kolek will thrive with more playing time, because he’s spent months on the bench like a backup quarterback learning the system and observing how each player plays. He’s also learned a lot from watching Brunson along the way. The reason why Thibs hasn’t played Kolek more is a mystery to all of us. It’s either pure genius on his part to make Kolek learn from the sidelines and wait, or mere stupidity and stubbornness on Thibs part to not realize what he’s got on the bench. I tend to believe that it’s the second of these two.
Unless this team stops being a selfish team, they won't go far. Every player is just out for themselves and stats
