  1. ATP it’s time to face facts this team would be better off being one of the worst teams in the nba at least then there’s hope for a bright future with young players this team has no hope and no direction and that will not change until Vivek sells the team and rebuilds from the ground up for at least the next 3-5 seasons

  2. You know what, I would rather have the Kings miss the play-in, keep our 12th pick and just rebuild. It pains me to say this, but we need to do this, even if it means we ship off Domas, who is my favourite player.

  3. Depends on if AD stays healthy or no further Mavs injuries. If KD or Booker scores big is sustainable. Beale returns soon dooms loom

  4. If you look at the box score you will see that Zach and Damar took the most shots both at about 37% meanwhile sabonis Murray and Ellis didn't shoot that many shots but their percentage was very very high why can't they shoot more shots than those other two shoot less I realize the way the game goes that isn't always possible but come on

  5. Lavine's trade was confusing to me. Why would the Kings go for a player that is quite similar to one they already got in DeRozan when they knew they needed a point guard? Especially since Lavine's contract is really bad, second only to Brad Beal.

  6. @11:14 not a full on rebuild. Keep their players but get the highest pick this year. In otherwords, go for assets to have for future trades or keep. Go for the best possible player. The team needs to pick the hidden gem of the draft. A lot is riding on the scouting. The stuck in the middle doesnt have to be a bad place. Its a great time to let the development continue. Most of the kings, except derozan, are in development stages. Sabonis needs to jump shoot way more from the mid range, munk, ellis, & lavine need to develop passing and shot creating for teammates. Murray needs more turn around jomp shots and dunking. In other words, the kings have a lot of options now that need development with fudementals. Carter can become a legitimate player in the nba. Ellis can become a starter. Keeping the team intact for a while is a must to develop chemistry and feel for the game.

  7. @18:55 labron is 40 and putting up great numbers. Dont let the age get in the way. 30 somethings can play great basketball. The things is that the kings need to develop a personality. There needs to be a culture, a style, a skill set, form. Its not just about youth flying around. The form and skillset is just as important. The feel and chemistry are just as important. The ideal would be the older and younger. Laravia was a great find. The young and old can learn from each other and practice good form and fudementals. Lets get a hidden gem in the draft and incorporate them into a basketball school that the kings are developing. The kings need a basketball intelligencia in Sacramento.

  8. @19:20 thats becuase this veteran core hasnt learned proper nba basketball. They are from losing teams and are in a sense alleycats. Lavine has unbelievable athletic abilities but his skillset is lacking. Whos fault is that? He wasnt trained properly. This is the culture that Sacramento needs. Basketball skillset and fudemental form. BODY CONTROL. Its not just youth, its cordination and form. This is sports 101. Think about djokovic. What about Jokic? Not much athletic ability but a lot of basketball abilities. Think outside the box.

  9. remember few months back just weeks before starting the regular season the kings fans were hoping we'll win 50 games easily just cause we have demar and monk.

  10. I stared recently thinking, what would have happen if kings wouldn’t get Demar and kept HB. One more season of continuity. I think they would be top 6, with at least 46 wins like previous two season.

  11. I was able to watch the entire 2nd half. I usually am only able to follow games online.

I usually have something positive to say but this was bad. I saw them try to feed both Sabonis and Keegan and feature them, but it's like neither Domas or Keegan looked comfortable being featured and wanted to instead be passive.

It almost felt like the players were told to pass it three times before shooting because the passes didn't literally ever improve the quality of the shot. They were just empty passes.

If someone that didn't know the NBA well was watching this and you told them the Kings were playing the defending champs they'd been surprised based on the energy and intensity.

The players all looked like independent contractors playing for themselves. They didn't seem remotely connected.

There wasn't any buzz any passion or any intensity. It's like the Kings players were scrimmaging. They didn't and don't even seem connected to the fan base. They seemed guarded and detached.

I Apologize to Malik Monk because he's the heart and soul of this team not Domas. Domas didn't seem connected or invested in the fan base at all.

Very bizarre night and game. If Zach Lavine is going to do whatever the Hell he's doing Christie needs to bench him. Nothing kick starts and motivated a player more then being benched.

Malik actually cares about the fans . He's invested in their happiness. The rest of this team looked like they were honest to God Going through the motions.

I saw a few spray kickout 3 point shots but the shots the players took after the meaningless 3 passes they could have taken immediately.

No one not once created off the dribble and got someone an easier or easy shot. I didn't see not one player back door ever for an easy layup or any sort of real movement ever.

I'd see Demar reluctantly pass only for the player to pass right back and he use that as a reason to shoot.

Very very bizarre game. I like Christie alot as a person and want to see him succeed but the players aren't doing Him any favors right now.

He needs to either make some tough choices and have some tough conversations or just mail it in.

This team looked like they mailed it in.

I thought the fan base in the comment section were in their feelings and being doom gloom but I was wrong. They have reason to be discouraged.

I don't see how any of the players watch film of this game and not be ashamed of the performance and product they put out there. They should feel guilty of making Coach Christie look bad because that's what they did.

They looked like they mailed it in. Not one player looked happy or like they were playing with joy or were having fun playing together

Like i said they all looked like independent contractors

No more comments from me until I watch the Game from now on.

The fans have great reason to be discouraged. The players should legit feel embarrassed honest to God

  12. Damn matt, I am right there with you. This team needs a total rebuild but I know that won’t happen with Vivek. Vivek has got to be the worst owner in the NBA. Personally the guy has completly ruined the team that use to mean everything to me. The only thing i am hoping for is that he is eventually forced out. Somehow……SOMEWAY.
