Respect to Coach Bickerstaff. As a Rockets fan, I submit Coach Udoka as the COTY. Winning 45 games so far this season and currently the 2nd seed in the West is an unbelievable job. Detroit is where the Rockets were last year.

It should be JB, I’m not sure many other coaches could inherit the shitshow Monty’s goofy ass left and turn it around so quickly. I have a feeling he’ll get the Dan Campbell treatment and miss it due to some BS from a more popular squad that was already really good and just got better because of maturation.
Cade should win MIP and Beas should get 6th man, hopefully Cade takes those MIP numbers and turns them into MVP numbers in a few years.

Pistons fan here. For me, it’s a hard pass on Booker. This young core that we have is developing some serious chemistry, and they all know their roles, and play them well, without selfish ego. In order to get Book, we’d certainly have to give up Ivey, and probably a couple more of our young core guys, like Ron Holland, and either Stewart, or Duren, and probably a draft pick or two on top of that. No way! Ivey, may not be Devin Booker, but I still think he’s going to end up being pretty awesome. The Pistons need to go after another strong puzzle piece, that will blend into this team‘s chemistry, like a JJJ, or Naz Reed, instead of a big splashy name, that you will have to mortgage the franchises future for.
No offense, but after watching SGA, I’m glad we got Cade, I wish Cade got half the calls he deserves and SGA is a FT merchant, the contrast is very evident
I don't think Atkinson is getting that coach of the year because the Cavs were picked to be a top 4 team in the east and the pistons were picked to be 11th to 15th

People are forgetting, or failing to consider what the Pistons would have to give up to get Booker. We’re talking about probably losing two of Ausar, Holland, Ivy and maybe one of Duren or Stewart. Asuar, Holland and Stewart are Pistons’ best defenders. I’d love to have Booker but, at what cost?
