It’s OFFICIAL! The Knicks have been bitten by the injury bug and it’s causing significant roster concerns. NY is now missing Jalen Brunson, Miles McBride, and now Cam Payne. The Knicks have limited guard depth at the moment with just Tyler Kolek and Delon Wright. For a team looking to make a strong push toward the postseason, injuries could affect where NY lands. 1. Hey Troy!!! What about Moses Brown???? Maybe he can play backup PG πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.BTW….Where's the minutes police πŸš” at? I guess Payne's sprained ankle and Deuce's groin are Thibs fault too?? Too many minutes. Running them into the ground πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  2. Why can’t the Knicks have Kolek start and have Hart or Bridges bring up the ball in big time situations as of now.
Have a lineup of Hart, Bridges, OG, KAT & Robinson closing out games til further notice.
Becuase Wright should only be in for only 20 minutes maxed, Kolek a lot more than 20 minutes until McBride, Payne and of course Captain Brunson are all back.

  3. The way he runs his players to death it just isn't sustainable. What do you think was about to happen? I know injuries are part of the game but why are we the only team with all these players hurt. Heavy minutes and fatigue leads to the infirmary. Thibbs has to go

  4. No reason to rush Brunson, Payne & McBride back, like the coach says, the Knicks have enough to win games. It's time for Tyler Kolek & Delon Wright to step up. P.S. Mitch Robinson has to get it together, we need his toughness on defense.

  5. AS. LONG AS EVERYONE IS HEALTHY BY THE POST SEASON THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. OTHER TEAMS ARE BEING PLAGUED BY SEASON ENDING INJURIES. ZION, KYRIE IRVING, WEMBY, . NOW JASON TATUM IS INJURED, STEP CURRY. DAMIEN LILLARD AND IQ JUST TO NAME A FEW. I HAVE THE FAITH THAT THE KNICKS GUARDS ARE GOING TO BE HEALTHY BY THE POST SEASON. UNFORTUNATELY CUL-DE-SAC THIBS DID NOT PLAY THE ROOKIES ENOUGH TO DEVELOP THEIR TALENT TO BE ABLE TO USE THEM IN AN INCIDENT LIKE WE ARE GOING THROUGH NOW. AS FAR AS THE GAME WITH THE BUCKS, THE GAME WAS SUSPECT TO ME ANYWAY, BECAUSE THE BUCKS 5:54 ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME TEAM THE KNICKS PLAYED EARLIER IN THIS SEASON 😊

  6. Soon, you, Timmy Turner, and I will need to suit up in orange and blue uniforms and play PG. Our point guards are going down like busted Twin Towers. Might as well give Dennis Smith, John Wall, Jeremy Lin, and Alozo Trier a ring a ding ding.

  7. I'm a life time knicks fan . I think our coach should be evaluated. We have two players on our G/league team that should be in our rotation.

  8. The Knicks were just doing well in recent games…though I disliked the bad losses. Still…I loved their increased ball movement, cutting to the rim for passes that lead to easy baskets on the run, passing into the paint rather than launching 3s, more midrange shots & moving well without the ball.

This is why I was saying that Thibs should have been using the bench more. If that had been done, some of those guys would be stepping in now just as we're seeing other teams. Look at Delon Wright. If Thibs had been using him, then he would be stepping up well now. Also what about PJ Tucker? He's a good defender & 3 point shooter? He was brought here for emergencies. Well…this is an emergency, lol.

And…what about Pacome Dadiet and Kevin McCullar who are guards? What Thibs should be doing is getting the players to: speed up the pace, get out in transition & drive to the rim.

In addition…they can look at the G League to see if any point guards are available there as well. The coach could also make KAT and Josh Hart help with the point guard duties. Both got a triple double in the same game. I was impressed with their passing. Why not make KAT stand in the mid-range area and kick it out to shooters or back to a guy at the rim or make Josh Hart pass it around as he rarely makes mistakes in that area and is very good in transition with the ball as a one man fast break?

The Knicks still have Tyler Kolek as well. The team can: set screens for him which would make it easier for him to get to the rim, move well without the ball to avoid it being stolen by opposing defenders when he passes it to them & cut to the rim so that he can pass it to them easily on the run. As for Delon Wright? Why not make him the shooting guard? He seems able to defend and drive to the rim.

The coach needs to increase the rotation and see what will happen. Remember that Golden State was playing every player and they were doing well at the beginning of the season. The Knicks can do the same. If those guys on the bench can't play, then why would the Knicks sign them, pick them up or draft them?

  9. I absolutely agree that we don't have enough. We should have. Thibs hasn't used Pacome Dadiet much. If he'd been using Tyler Kolek, he would likely be passing like Chris Paul now. As for Ariel Hukporti? More minutes off the bench would likely have ensured that he would still be available.

The Knicks could also have gone after DeAndre Hunter at the deadline, like I suggested, instead of watching him go to the Cleveland Cavaliers…making them even more powerful (similar to how Porzingis and Jrue Holiday went to Boston last season).

The Knicks should also look into Kevin McCullar, MarJon Beauchamp and Anton Watson to see if they can add anything. Remember that Jeremy Lin was pushed forward and given an opportunity in the past suddenly and we saw what it did. You never know if you will find a diamond.

Thibs needs to start trying new things. It's 2025. Coaches sometimes use their ENTIRE bench in some games. That's what I was thinking he should have done when the Knicks were playing the Clippers. Didn't some of those teams use THEIR bench and shrink our team's lead recently? Also didn't DaQuan Jeffries do well despite not getting off Thibs' bench? Aren't these guys in practice with Thibs? He needs to open the door and release these guys. See what they can do. We have nothing to lose…and possibly everything to gain.

  10. It seems like after Josh had the talk with Thibs about over playing the team, the energy changed, and we kinda went downhill after that. Go Knicks regardless….

  11. Once again, search my name and check my comment from months ago when I said "something is gonna happen to make tyler have to step up and prove himself" all of this is written in the knicks movie that'll be coming out 10 years from now, we living the movie now, the road to a chip, magic is gonna keep happening, it's gonna be a exciting next few years!

  12. Knicks have to enter the playoffs fully healthy. Rest Towns, Bridges and OG on the back to back games. Knicks will slot between the 3-5th spot in the East. Id rather have the team healthy than go into the playoffs with a key player injured because Thibs wanted to win a meaningless game.

  13. Lmaooooooo, this shit wild, it's funny cause I was just saying about Mikal comments about the bench should get more minutes, I said what if there's a lot of injuries & then you got get other players who aren't even Knicks but cause they are "vets" he'll play them even though they got no chemistry or anything meanwhile people like Kolek, Hukporti could a been developing this whole time. I don't know the man personally but as far as coaching goes… Man I mf'n hate Thibs!

  14. To be honest, years ago when I seen Thibs was the coach, i knew he would run the Knicks into the ground & not play anybody but the starters… & Here we are, what is Knicks management doing, either get rid of him or tell him if he don't start actually playing athe bench & developing people, he gonna get the boot, thats the thing that makes him bad, he not a bad coach as far as offense or defense goes, but this makes him a bad coach cause it affects the well being of the team & the best ability is availability

  15. "Maybe if we develop a second unit we could be overcoming all these injuries right now" that whole segment is literally what I said time & time again & yet we got fools in here like cool dude whos glazing & defending this horrible ahh coach lmaoooo, man I swear people are brain dead

  16. Let me guess… McBride and Payne playing too many minutes πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Oh and Brunson was playing too many minutes too, that’s why he got hurt πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
