The heat can’t even tank right…
whaddayu know. spo stops playing jjj and rozier and we start looking like a decent team. if i didn't know better i'd think this spo guy was tanking. unfortunately he's just stubborn and slow to adjust. i'm starting to like this 8 player rotation. beats me why he wasn't using burks more. dude is sniper from the corners. and props to kyle anderson for scoring when we were stalling. good high iq player pop trained player. this wouldve been a blow out if atlanta weren't making all those miracle last second 3s

Mitchell is so underrated it’s crazy.. a dog on defense and dude is so fast with the ball. He is truly a pass first guard but he actually is scoring more now that he’s comfortable.. no telling how good this dude can be

Get off Tyler’s (Private Part)! I would still trade him for as many first round picks as possible! Still a BIG liability on defense. Especially against good teams. If we can trade get 2 to 3 first rounders I would do that in a heartbeat!!! Take off those blinders!
Personally, i'd keep Mitchell. 26yrs old. Dawg on D, makes his 3s at a low clip. Very solid role player for a Heat team. Good fit.
Hopefully this will stop people from saying herro soft. Being tough doesn't win games. But Being great does he needed this season to see if he could handle more of the load I fell like he has gotten better this year.

If it’s up to me, I would salary dump Duncan Robinson or Terry Rozier (both expiring contracts next season) in a HEARTBEAT if it was required to create space to re-sign Davion Mitchell. Like that’s not even a hard decision, Duncan and Rozier have already played their best NBA basketball, Mitchell has not and is way younger and more talented than both of those guys. I’ll be MASSIVELY disappointed if he’s not on this roster next year. Would be a failure by the Heat front office.
Trae Young has not exactly been leading his team to championships either. Why would you expect him to be the better player? Tyler has been to the championship round more often than he has.

Herro needs to cut down on his turnovers and he needs to get to the line more. Young is 4th in the league at drawing fouls, if his little frame can do that then there is no excuse for Herro not getting to the line more. So I say they are still in the same category when it comes to level of play.
I’ve been hoping for a lottery pick basically all year, but I honestly feel like the Heat have found something now, and I think they are going to be in a first round series with the Cavs…and I’m not that scared of the Cavs truthfully.
