Mavs did this same tanking strategy with Luka and Kyrie and got a lottery pick. The next year, they went to the finals.
You will be picking 13-14 as opposed to maybe 18. Mavs never move up, they have the worst luck. Plus, out here in Dallas people are starting to think the GM doesn't like white boys on the team. Don't rush AD but play the games. The team needs to play as much as they can, they are banged up but are not scrubs.
Mavs have absolutely owned OKC over the last couple of years, I expect to see quality entertainment without Kyrie or Luka.
