  1. Whenever nba refs don’t enforce any rules I would say I’m not surprised, but I don’t mind this one if Tatum did this on purpose.

  2. Youd never see this kind of reffing in fifa, if a ref made a blatant bad call in an el clasico they would actually need body guards and a helicopter upon leaving the stadium

  3. People crying about the refs… What rule was violated? That was a fluke play. The ball inadvertently touched his leg. No way in hell was that intentional.

  4. How is that a Ronaldo impression?…y'all Americans, always thinking everything about soccer is about Ronaldo or Messi. I'd feel less offended if they said "a Neymar impression" than Ronaldo 😢

  5. FYI nba fans in the comments:
    1. Complaining about the refs doesn’t make you a more knowledgeable fan
    2. Players dribble the ball off their own feet all the time and it’s never called, because no one “intends” to dribble the ball off their own feet 9/10, because you lose control of the ball… you’d much rather carry before you start playing soccer…
    3. Referees don’t call “everything”, because that’s not practical—they instead follow the spirit of the rules. JT didn’t create a material advantage by dribbling off his feet. The defense was already on the border of committing a foul. The refs let it play out and let the play stand because the near foul didn’t change the result of the play
    4. Refs aren’t bad because they missed the one call you care about (btw, you have the benefit of being able to watch the clip back on repeat), they’re bad when they missed obvious calls right in front of them that materially impact the game or dish out excessive technical fouls that that change the momentum of the game

    Get a grip.

  6. By rule it's a no call as It should be like that but in reality is more like "Unless someone dribbles on purpose on your foot it's a violation.." and the thing is that more than abiding written rules they have to be consinstent in applying to and interpreting them
