Josh Giddey was pick 6 and Coby was pick 7. Why do yall keep tryna put caps and limits on players that have consistently blown past all of those limits. Stop crying about a damn pick. How do YOU know neither of those players can reach MVP level. Giddey is 22 years old for crying out loud putting up triple double numbers. Stop crying bout some damn pick and just enjoy your team winning and let the cards fall where they may respectfully. Damn bruh!

CHGO continues to hurt their business by going away from where they started. “By the fans for the fans” yet having kill joy athletes and paying them big money.
They could be the 7 seed and get Boston. No lottery pick for them.
How can a guy be such a sour puss after this game? You aren't more if a fan if you're always thinking big picture, sometimes you have to enjoy the moment, and this was one of those times. It didnt need to be put back in perspective, you all never shut up about the implications of winning now, it's not lost on us. Everyone else is talking about how crazy a finish this was, how they've never seen anything like it, and all of hear for like half the show is "but the contract".
Yeah, I'd rather see the Bulls in the playoffs than the most outside shot at picking Cooper Flagg. Most other prospects have fallen off in evals, and the other guy worth a damn is playing a postion our two best guys are. Why get caught up in the lottery when we couldnt out-tank Washington, Brooklyn, Toronto, etc… all year lonh anyway? The moment we brought Lavine and Vuc into the season that dream was dead, get over it.

Will Perdue, you contradict yourself. The way you were brought up should've led you to appreciate a team that works their tails off to get a W. Instead, you want them to be okay with losing. Make it make sense.
Will Purdue was painful on this. Once he went into buzz kill mode and insulted Big Dave for celebrating an incredible game and win, I turned this off. Show producers gotta think about whether you really want him ruining your show. Peck does his pessimistic schtick with humor so it's a fun counterpoint…Will does it with arrogance of a guy who pretends he was integral to NBA championships. Does anyone think the Bulls or Spurs would Not have won those championships without Will? No. He was a nice teammate who got to live in Michael and Tim Duncan's wake. Let's not pretend otherwise. Sorry Will, you gotta go.

Not enjoying a win in that fashion, from a team who has been irrelevant from the last 10 years and now seeing its young core fighting hard and winning games, but all Will can talk about is being a "realist", he should NOT be near in any chicago sport podcast cuz his input is outplace and his vibe sucks. Might as well retire when you have no more joy in being a bull's fan.
Wasn’t Giddey a top 7 pick? So the Bulls have a top 7 pick on their roster. He may not be the whole answer but with him and Coby you have a start, Matas could develop into something as well. Then the Bulls need to draft a good centre who can anchor a defence and score a bit as well. Giddey can get anyone the ball in a place to score. He is also proving he can generate his own scoring. The Bulls honestly don’t know what they have lucked into. How many 6ft 8 point guards are there in the league that are a triple double threat every time they step on the court? The Bulls have one, there maybe 4-5 of these types of guys that’s it. And yet guys like Will and Matt can’t get past what happened with Josh last year. If you look at his whole career and in particular the leap he has now made, you have a legit star. They can sign him to a fairly reasonable contract and watch him continue to grow, he is only 22 years old! Not anywhere near his best yet.
Big Dave should just LEAVE this podcast he is being dragged down by Matt peck clown self and Will is just a fool. Rather see him with locked in bulls
