If it were not for Spencer this season, the Mavericks would have definitely forfeited some games. He's been very reliable, and he's some games for us. Also he had me laughing last night when he kissed the shot clock off the floater that actually went in… unfortunately, that didn't count.

I love Ad he is one of the best my only gripe with Ad is his motor doesnt run high alot of the time hes not a consistent scorer, and Jokic is clearly so much better than him when they play its too noticable

It’s a bad trade in regards to the future of the Mavs, they went from contending comfortably for a decade, for maybe 3 strong years at best

It’s a bad trade because it made a 32 year-old injury prone Kyrie the anchor of the team. If he stays healthy, doesn’t let himself get taken out by on-ball pressure, and stays focused on being a facilitator, then the Mavs are dangerous.
But they were already a contender, even with an inferior team so trading Luka made them vulnerable and the worst case scenario happened. Spence better be ready. They need him to be Kyrie just to win a playoff series.
