They try to pack the paint and force teams to shoot 3s and teams have figured out tht strategy and arent always taking the wide open 3s they are giving up to belpw avg shooters..they are hunting Luca and AR everytime and just getting whatever they want. That top rated defense was all smooe and mirrors and teams finally wized up and axtualy started making open shots to force LA to come out and guard them so they can then blow right by them, its not changing. You all super hyped on this being the team out of the West is laughable and glad its finally showing true

ESPN had the Lakers competing for the NBA finals and were pushing JJ Reddick for COTY a week ago. Over reacting to the new Lakers with Luka, not realizing that coaching staffs around the league had no film to study on them yet. Now that teams have had a chance to game plan against their new strategies, we will now see how good this team can be.
