I think this “superstar away” narrative with the rockets is bs. Why do you have to trade for a superstar when you have 3 potentiom super stars in Sengun, green and Thompson. They are basically saying “let’s ruin the rockets future for a chance to win now” it’s stupid logic becuase when they talk about it we all know they mean to go get KD which would ruin the current chemistry and what is being built with the team.
Look at how many teams that traded for a “super star” and ain’t even in the playoffs. It’s just a stupid take and I’m over it. They literally sit at the top of the super tough “super star” filled western conference and still they need one of those losing teams “super stars.” L take.

Likely, the Rockets have been the second seed more often than any other team this year.

Seeding does not matter in the West this year.
