WOW you sure are all JG. BTW he is 6'4" not 6'5".
His D, passing and team play has improved this season, but he still is not a good shooter for a SG. He can get to the bucket and he has many times said "I'm a bucket".
Personally, I wouldn't keep him, but if he has a good playoff run the Rockets may think twice…I hope not. Inconsistency is inconsistency and from a SG that means he can shoot you in or out of a game and that is not reliable. The Rockets can get that from Cam at SG much cheaper for 2 more years and he is 6′ 6”, 235 lbs with a 6′ 8.50” wingspan and a 40.5′ inch max vertical.
BTW, the Rockets being a 50+ win team is not shocking…I was saying that at the beginning of the season.
Sengun is also 22 and in his 4th year. You guys act like green is the only young guy.
You can ignore NOJISP comment. There's a bunch of people who follow the Rockets who have a hate-boner for Jalen Green, and he's one of them. You can tell because you spent a lot of time talking about other players on the roster, and he has no negative criticism for them despite them having a worse season.
Anyways, we've seen members of this team improve across the board. Alperen Sengun has improved quite a bit on the defensive side of the ball. Notably with his positioning and team defense. His touch around the rim isn't as good as it was last season, but that's because he spent some time bulking up in order to be more of a force down low.
Amen Thompson has been the gift that keeps on giving. If coach Udoka is Gregg Popovich, then Amen is Tim Duncan — he's a perfect soldier who always does what is asked of him. Every team needs that "swiss army knife" player, and I feel that the Rockets have the best one. If he can improve his shot, he'll be one of the best two-way players in the modern era.
Bari and Tari are going to be the next thing up to debate for me. I love them on this team, but they've been a little underwhelming this year. Perhaps they're going through what Jalen went through last season? Bari's value is centered around his ability to guard 1-5 and assist Alpi in grabbing boards. Bari's length allows him to be able to shoot over almost anyone, but he hasn't shot it that well this year. Tari is the Josh Hart of this team. He's a dawg that out-hustles 90% of the players on the court. He's also a "chaos agent" who must have some kind of superpower to drastically alter someone else's luck — turning 90% freethrow shooters into 60% freethrow shooters. Weird things happen when he's on the court. Most of the time, it's beneficial to the Rockets; but it is a blade that cuts both ways. The 2025-2026 season will be the last of their current contract, so the fanbase will be looking at them with more scrutiny if they aren't traded before then (I hope they aren't).
Great video. I liked that you covered all the young core. My hope is the front office keeps those guys (plus Sheppard) together.
Two thing, Dillon isn't the best of the wings. I have him 4th behind Amen, Jabari and Tari. He is really good this year though.
And Jalen Green has seemed to finally found consistency. Kid is going to be great.
Detroit has to be in the conversation as well.
Solid video. A few notes though. Reed has only played 2 games in the G league; he’s been stuck at the end of the bench learning under Vanvleet presumably. Reed broke a bone in his hand and has been injured. But he has looked good more recently when he played. His forte of being a sniper 3 point shooter didn’t ring true at least for his rookie season.
Cam Whitmore cares more about his shot than winning. He’s been relegated to the dog house by Ime. Last game he played with the Rockets he was dejected, miserable looking, and seemed uninterested. Dude is super talented, but he’s more in the mold of a “and 1 “ style hoopster. I expect him to get traded in the offseason.

Your videos are decent but your scene/clip transitions remind me of when your GPU is failing or something bugged when you have a longer black screen transition. Just some things to clean up maybe.
Rockets will have four All Stars in a few years. No trial
How is it a shock ? Just because y’all didn’t see them balling like they are don’t mean it’s a shock. Houston people knew they would get their It takes time
As a Rockets fan, I’m excited. And what’s scary about them is they’re very young.
Hell yeahh Rockets content🎉🎉
People keep sleeping man talking about “weakest 2 seed” or I hope we play the rockets playoffs”… hell naw we’re contenders
Rockets have a real test coming up to end the season let’s get these dubs and build confidence
Then they have the highest impact player in the team in Steven Adams🤔
Jalen green is mikal bridges of the rockets always there when you need him
