Jazz need to pick up Kolek. He is as good of a passer as Collier, but a better shooter.

Not sure how you can ask your players and fan base to tank for another 2 years. The Jazz were literally fined for tanking this year because of how hard they had to try to tank. Especially if you get Cooper Flagg or Dylan Harper I think you want to win sooner rather than later. You aren't winning the Championship with those guys next year, but with guys like Lauri, Kessler, and Sexton on the roster I think you start trying to win sooner rather than later.
You have to commit to the tank. It sucks. Things will get better. Flip was getting bullied but I thought Walker was getting bullied too and that was concerning.
However, the Jazz got the number 1 seed and multiple playoffs in a row with undrafted Royce O'Neal, and lower draft picks of Gobert and Mitchell. Getting to the playoffs can be done in multiple ways. I thought Ainge said this was about winning it all

Not a single one of the teams you are talking about has won an NBA championship. None. Utah was a PERENNIAL playoff team for the entire history of the franchise. The point of this was not to "make the playoffs." The point is supposed to be to "win it all." But there is NO EVIDENCE that tanking gives you a better chance to win a championship. "Made the playoffs in 4 of 6 years." Utah was already doing better than that BEFORE the tank. You can try to justify this all you want to. It sucks. It sucks for the players, it sucks for the fans and it sucks for the league. Philadelphia 76ers, where is their championship? If the Jazz tank next year, my son will be gone to college before they start to actually try. These years don't just "not matter." I could be dead by 2029. I'm not willing to waste the years following a team that isn't even trying to win games.
The biggest issue is that the Jazz front office decided not to commit to the tank from the get go after Donovan and Rudy were traded. They wasted two years before committing to tank.
