Yesterday was a microcosm of why Vivek Ranadive has to go the front office has to be fired and the kings should be the worst in the west with a maximum win total of 25 games there’s a prime opportunity to be bad enough to get a top three pick next year if the kings blow it up

So with Lavine here and his lack of heart and huge contract it would be better to just get it over with and convey the pick this year. Lets just hope Keegan, Domas and Monk all don't want out this summer. So we are stuck being Bulls West for two more years and we are probably going to end up with a new front office and a HC no one has ever heard of from the Euro league. Zach won't play defense and 30 games into next year that coach will be blamed for the 4 and 26 start all we will hear is this team is too talented with players like Lavine
Whats the possibility of trading domas to atlanta for filler n draft capital. Atlanta can keep daniels, young and johnson i think atlanta would b a fun team to watch n i think the kings can get fair draft compensation from the hawks with new orlean picks

I honest to God dont even think an NBA team would give ONE unprotected first round pick for Young unless its already A playoff team so itd be a later first rd.
Any NBA franchise thatd give up A haul for Trae Young would be out their minds.
Trae Young isnt leading any team to A deep playoff run ever again.

I was happy the Kings lost because we all this season is over. There is only a slight chance they can get out of the play-in, but if they can get out, then they can get their draft pick this year and that gives them a modicum of hope. As for the off-season, they're going to have to blow it up. Domas and DeRozan are their best assets to trade. No one will want LaVine's contract so you can forget about that, but they should be able to get a nice haul for those two, plus be bad next year and keep their pick again (10th pick and under), and start all over. However, the main problem is the owner. The reason why the Kings are in this situation is because Vivek has NO CLUE how to run a NBA franchise and he micromanages his team and GM. It doesn't matter who the GM is because Vivek will force his stupid decisions onto him. I don't blame Monte….I blame Vivek for this mess.

Kings need to lose and get this pick now because winning and losing isnt everything, its about assets. More assets means more trading possibilities and more development possibilities. The kings have a nice mix of veterans and young players. So do what you can to get that pick.
