  2. Great that this topic gets the coverage it deserves. But…. Its much easier to focus on wellness when you are a multi millionaire. Everyday worries about bills and food just dont exist. Not knocking the video, its great to see some practical tips, but sometimes, stuff is deeper than wellness can reach
