I feel it was on Westbrook and Cristian Braun either one could've pulled the ball out and held it to run time off the clock there was no shot clock at the time they made a rookie mistake they're both veterans Cristian Braun is a better free throw shooter he should've held the ball so at that point the foul on the three point attempt didn't matter if they just held the ball a one point lead is all it takes to win any game
