He bullies the team sometimes and he isn't strong or a freak in particular. It's his mentality. He is leading the league in fearless approach metric, this guy is fearless, he doesn't care he plays against Curry or Zion, he just bumps them if they are bump-able. Also he takes fouls a lot, he just does whatever needed to win, so it's uncomfortable to play against him. He is in the league at least 10 years if he continues to play like this, no matter the statlines.
Nothing Alperen does surprises me. He is already the MVP of the Turkish Basketball League, one of the elite leagues in Europe. Moreover, he did this at the age of 18 and playing for an average team in the League. He worked on strengthening himself last summer and we can see that progress this season. When he gets his shots more consistent, we will be talking about a superstar, not a star.
Sengun is too strong and mobile for Chet to defend. But at the same time, Sengun has a surprisingly quick first step and craftiness that allows him to score around Hartenstein. But if he's doubled, he has the creativity, willingness, and elite court awareness/vision to find open teammates. This is why Sengun is rapidly becoming one of the top players in the NBA. He's definitely a top 3 center currently.

People think he’s done wonders with this team, but I don’t think people realize this man has been holding back. He has a gameplan for these playoffs and he’s got all the chess pieces he needs. This is a dangerous team.
You said it as if you would be happy if alperen sengun failed. Now you wrote it as if you would say "I told you so" if houston failed in the playoffs. If you expect houston to be the champion, that's different 🙂 Don't forget that this team is very young and they will be playing in the playoffs for the first time. Even if they lose 4-2 in the first round, I would personally consider them successful… And let's not forget that alperen will make you feel even more with his success…
