  1. I really like the perspective you’ve taken with your reporting on our team. JW, I felt that he’d be exactly a producer after watching him very early. For me, there are certain things I look for in a player, and I saw it in him from the beginning. He’s fearless, he believes in himself and his talent, and I like that. Coach said that he’s a hard worker, so I believe that. He’s going to be a real asset going forward.
    Excellent work. Thanks.

  2. It's like we drafted a vet.

A head coaches dream (that should be a draft category, when ranking players) Ja'kobe probably in the 90s for it.

Will there be mistakes? sure, but they are well intentioned attempts, but the defence (which is already high effort) picks up right after that.

and the only 2 things you're really worried about are
    1) his minute load (is he tiring to quickly)

    2) foul trouble

Shead and Battle are probably in the 70s for this category.

But Ja'Kobe's rated higher for being 2.5, to 3.5 years younger.

  3. I asked this question in a previous video, but now I feel pretty confident that we should move Gradey in the offseason to give Walter more runway next season. It'll be tough enough for him to play behind Ingram and Barrett. Also, am I crazy or does some of Walter's play resemble SGA? Obviously he's not an elite ball handler or distributer, but there's something about his defense and unconventional herky-jerky offense, not to mention his penchant for getting to the line…

  4. 7:20 – something the analytics will over look it's, that's a great trait to have, because the great scouts see it, the bad ones over look you.

The data says one thing, your eyes tell you another. Now the other coach is flustered becasue he following the data instead of the film.
