    Time for some big changes in management & Coaches in Phoenix. Great teams start at the top. A good coach can get the most out of a good player. Teams seem to protect & hold onto favorite players even though they lose their edge or stop giving 100% to the team. Get back to a "TEAM" mentality & players that help one another instead of catering to 1 or 2 players that won't sacrifice their ego or pride so they make more money or get more face time & publicity for enforcement. There's no place for selfishness in "TEAM"!
