The answer is trade Hauser His contract kicks in next season and he’s making 8-9 million a year, which will count as nearly 90 million with the 2x luxury tax in the 2nd apron. If we shed Hauser, it will be around the same price we’re paying this season which should be doable ONLY IF WE WIN this year. If we do? You gotta keep the core together and run Al back two more seasons. Can’t risk anybody else getting Jrue, Porzingus or Al because each still has plenty left in the tank

OKC let the Celtics average 47 “wide open” or “open” 3’s across the 2 games. Celtics shot 29% in those games. They have not shot below 35% for 4 games out of any 7 game stretch the last 2 years. You can bet on the Celtics dying by the 3 but it’s not a good bet to make.
