Tyler Herro scored 30 points but after his incredible late steal he makes a crazy decision to shoot a three down 5 points instead of taking a free layup. Bam Adebayo gets scorched by OG Heat Killer Nikola Vučević. Miami is now locked into the 10 seed likely against Chicago again next week and is a loss away from the lottery.

Yeah this season was just some real bad luck for the miami heat! I know for a fact they can play with and beat the top teams in the league with Mitchell, Herro, Wiggins, Bam, and Ware! but just not happening this year. Hopefully they can have this starting unit healthy together to start and play the year then we will see the true Heat Culture come back to life!
Games like these is what the front office needs to think about when a big name player is available nobody is safe on this team,we have 3 guys who can average 20 on paper we’re a million times better than Chicago yet we suck so in my opinion nobody is safe this summer with these type of performances

Herro is such a good offensive player. Sometimes he looks elite. But his turnovers and games where his defense is beyond dreadful make him the kind of player a team with championship dreams can’t depend on.

Why is no-one mentioning how bad Highsmith has been in important moments this year. Offensively out of his depth. This game on defence having white and giddey blow by him with no screen or any real challenge
Once I saw Tyler make that dumb ass play at the end, I knew we lost. I literally said instead of putting us in a position to win, he put us in a guaranteed position to lose. Wtf?! You score two and you would be down 3 pts…then you can set your defense and still have time to call a timeout and even the score at the end…but I guess we deserve to lose and miss the playoffs
