How can a casual fan not know the potential of Kelel Ware; is is obvious and Shaq was having a fit that Miami didn't start Ware from the first game. 10th highest payroll in the league and this is where the team is. The team sucks not just because Jimmy “sabotaged” the season. It’s because Spo tried the 5 out offense with a roster that can’t shoot. It’s because washed up Pat put together a roster of limited one way players. It’s because of a stubborn reliance on Terry and Jaime. The front office is terrible and Spo has been bad. Team needs a reset.
Quite a difference with the Jazz compared to other teams. Post Stockton & Malone it’s been very hard for them to convince top players to stay in Utah. So they need to trade guys like RGobert & DMitchell rather than lose them as UFAs.
You can’t truly think the Jazz aren’t having those discussions with the players prior to the trades happening do you? Safe to say Utah would keep all the guys that go through their IF they would actually stay

If the Heat end up as the 8th seed I like our chances against the Cavs. Plus its great experience for the young guys. Tanking guarantees you nothing.

Do we notice the last two games Bam took the most shots both games? He was aggressive, yes. Is going to Bam for offense a winning formula? No. He’s still inefficient and has no go to elite offensive skill set. (Not to mention Bam was leading their offense during the 10 game losing streak)
That’s the big change Spo needs to accept heading into next season. Ware is a better offensive player than Bam & Ware and Tyler should be taking the team’s most shots every game for them to get out of this 25th ranked offense spot the’ve been in for multiple years🤢

They already ruined their tank chances with that 6 game win streak. They could have had a 25% chance at a top 4 pick and almost a guaranteed top 8 pick where they might've gotten a star. Now they're almost definitely picking outside of the top 10. Their best bet is to try to make the playoffs now to convey it to OKC and push the pick to next year, but that means they have to win two playin games on the road in a row. They've actually managed to achieve the worst of all worlds, and I would expect nothing less from this franchise which has made a habit out of taking the middle road with everything.

Jaime needs to start to be effective. If he should or not is a different story. But he needs to play SF, needs a lot of minutes and needs good players around him to shine.

You guys are ridiculous with the Jovic hate. He has played as well as can be expected give the circumstances. Spo glued Terry to Jovic the entire season. Jovic is best with the ball in his hands, and that doesn't happen with dribble happy Terry on the floor. The real failure here has been Spo. He hasn't put his players in a position to succeed. He forced Rozier and Jaquez on this team for far too long, and it disrupted everyone around them. The main issues with this season, in order, have been Jimmy, Spo, and Terry.
Miami is a weird team and this season follows that. After the trade wigs has basically not played together with bam or herro. So we still haven't seen what it looks like to have our full complication of players. Even though it's not what fans want to hear but a healthy heat team with herro, bam, Ware, wigs, and jovic is dangerous. They could easily go into the playin and annoy us all by giving us hope.
The real issue with this team all year has been health and spo.
All these sus Luka trades are cap. It was an inside job with the lakers and Mavs. No other teams knew Luka was on the table except bron and a few others
