Michael Malone was the biggest advocate for Murray. I could def see them trading him this offseason now that Malone is fired

They talk about Russ like he was supposed to be the savior of this team, it was never that. Russ went to the Nuggets as a role player not as a savior
I like how everyone acting like Jamal Murray been hurt off and on since December. And no one was saying this when Russ was playing good and for what he’s being paid he’s a walking 10 5 5 off the bench
The reason nba segments are so good is because these two are true nba historians, I absolutely love that Wildes can ask what would be gotcha questions on most shows and BOTH you guys called out the two examples immediately…I know football pays the bills, but you guys crush NBA content like no other “debate” show, content is between first take and Ryen Russillo, not as nerdy, but really solid and never disgustingly transparent about drama leaning content
The biggest problem with the nuggets is that they're paying MPJ max money for a streaky 3 point shooter who's injured a lot. He's not consistent on defense, he doesn't create on offense, and they're paying top dollar. The need to move him, get a 3 and D guy for appropriate money, and get a legit #3 or get someone ok and a lot more defense and depth.
The also need to be honest with themselves on if Murray will ever be healthy again for any real length of time. In 6 YEARS the only time he's been generally healthy they won the title and he was great, but he's just never healthy

Coach Edelman is literally Malone when he was an assistant coach below LeBron in Cleveland! Meaning he now knows the shut up when his star is coaching up the team instead.

After Westbrook had joined Nuggets and was playing great all fans and media were exiting about his career surge. But after couple failures the same people keep blaming Russ in all Nuggets problems.

The nuggets don’t need to take more 3s. They have a top offense. They just need to have a better defense, it’s that simple
At no point this season has anyone said Russ is the problem. But now all of a sudden let’s all blame Russ because the rest of the team play no defence have no accountability
