  1. The jt disrespect has gone too far! How can you say he wasn’t the best player in the western conference finals šŸ˜‚

  3. Saying donovan mitchell stats is nowhere near jayson tatums is hallrious. Yes donovan has sacrificed but their the 1 seed because of it maybe tatum hasn't sacrificed enough

  4. Ja morant has the most to gain this postseason. He has the chance to shut a lot of people up if he keeps playing like he’s playing tn in the postseason

  5. I LOVE Windy! He is so balanced and stable unlike these maniacal egomaniacs "moonlighting" as experts on TV.

  6. 9:47 nah the media pushed the jaylen brown narrative and people ran with it. The people with their own brains and who don’t let people randoms influence them still like Tatum as much as they used to and more than Jayden brown.

  7. ….windhorst proved perks point?…. with all those accolades throughout the last sesson talking heads have clowned and questioned tatum constanty… which is perks point

  8. Perk is doing this to try to gain favor back with Boston and the current Boston players. He dragged Tatum and brown for several seasons. He wanted to blow up the team a few years ago

  9. So LeBron needed more help and it was the bad Laker teammates who were the problem, but now Luka playing with even worse team ( no AD ) somehow has the best team he's ever had. Interesting.

  10. Y’all remember Ryan Hollis🤣🤣he was the worst 🤣🤣🤣

  11. Nah Tatum is the best player in the league and plays the right, which means getting his teammates involved whoch leads to rings, but dosemt stuff the stats so he doesn't get the credit like others.

  12. If you didn’t know who the best player was on the Celtics championship team you are just an idiot. Tatum lead the team in every stats through every series.

  13. I think Tatum doesn’t get the ā€œrespectā€ Perk looking for because he’s always had a dominant team. Every other guy who was THE guy and talked about like that carried his team. Tatum never had the burden or pressure of it being on him. Hes always had a lot of help, on both sides. He’s a great talent but never had to struggle bc his team’s always been so good. That’s the key part that’s missing in these debates.

  14. Shannon just hates on JT for no reason. Man clearly doesn't understand basketball. Perk was correct about JB getting the MVP because of two way. How can you say he's the "best" player and he didn't lead the team in any statistical category.

  15. Windy never said anything bad about Tatum he said Perks points about him being underrated are false because he is considered the best player on the Celtics despite team USA and the finals

  16. There is no question that JT is the best player on the Celtics team.

If you question that then you have no idea about basketball.

  17. Imagine leading your team in Points,Rebounds and Assists and people say your not the best player lolšŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…

  18. CELTICS HAD A WALK LAST YEAR šŸ˜‚ Everything in front of them was hurt. I'm not tryna hear it. Do it now, then we can talk.

  19. What Shannon said is flat-out ridiculous. So because a player shines over five games, he’s suddenly the best on the team? That’s what we’re doing now? By that logic, Julian Edelman must’ve been better than Tom Brady since he won Super Bowl MVP, right? After 82 regular-season games and 14 in the playoffs, you’re telling me nine games are enough to override everything else? No way Shannon actually believes that. He’s too sharp for that take, which makes it even more disappointing.

And then there’s Brian Windhorst, being slick with the way he’s talking about Tatum and the Olympics. He’s not outright blaming Tatum, but he’s clearly running interference for Steve Kerr, trying to justify why Tatum didn’t see the floor. Acting like Tatum is just a catch-and-shoot guy, as if he’s not a 6'10" three-level scorer who defends and creates. And Windy keeps bringing up Serbia’s size like it was some overwhelming issue. OK, but who was on the floor? Steph, Derrick White, Jrue Holiday. Tatum is bigger than all of them. And he wasn’t just big in size – he’s a versatile defender who guards 1 through 5.

Let’s not forget: in the Finals, he was guarding the Mavs' bigs and completely shut down their lob threat. He erased that entire part of their offense. But somehow, that guy wasn’t worth playing in an international game where size and switching mattered? Please.

This wasn’t about fit or strategy. It was a coaching decision built on a shaky narrative, and Windy is trying to make it sound logical after the fact.

And we all saw how the game ended. It went down to the wire. The players weren’t even listening to the coaching staff by the end – they were looking to Carmelo Anthony, who was just a spectator on the sidelines, for direction. That tells you everything you need to know.
