Went to the finals and said nah I don’t like this. Booker the only one from that team left and that wasn’t even 5 years ago. Ayton & Mikal should both still be there. Trading for Beal who is essentially the same type of player as Book was dumb from the beginning and had no chance of working. You need complimentary players

It's crazy when you think that Book went the farthest in his career to play in Finals & be up 2-0 in the Finals with CP3 & a crew of good quality role players to teaming up with KD & Beal & not even being able to crack the top 10 in the west to even qualify for a play-in is pretty ridiculous. That's what happens when you have a true leader in CP3 that doubles as a quality point guard. Smh

What happened to the sun was death by 1000 cuts dating back to the sale of the team. Monty allegedly didnt get along with ayton, who they match the indiana offer for even though they weren't crazy about him. Then we fire monty and get rid of ayton a year later anyways for nurkic, who is somehow worse, then we have to trade okogie with nurk for richards who still isnt all that good, and in the meantime you traded Paul who you could have either kept or waived for cheap in the off season, for beal who isnt worth the price and cant be moved. All that and you just throw in Camara in the ayton deal and he turns into scottie pippen in portland.
