Idk how you can say OKC is by far and away the best. The lakers blew them out & then was up by 1 when Luka got ejected. Also Lakers and OKC basically have identical records in the west
People keep saying they weren't playing for anything. This is not true. They were playing for the overall 1 seed over the Cavs who were 1 game behind them.

The referee didn't blow it. Luka blew it. In fact, I would pay the tattoo guy to come to all games where Luka plays in the playoffs, and heckle him. Luka is not in control of his tongue.
Fun fact the loss to the lakers on sunday was the first loss okc had at home in which their starting 5 all played and didn't get hurt and miss time…just saying…and they have a total of 3 of those losses all year and 2 of the loses are to the 2 and 3 seeds in the west and their only bad loss was at san antonio…but losing back to back for the first time healthy badly is alarming
Nba history says okc is not winning it all this year but they could make the finals…we seen sub 50 win teams make the finals…a 67 win team making it isn't a surprise when their biggest competitors struggle to get to 50…

Jarad Vanderbilt is the big defensive monster and hustle guy and Jordan Goodwin is the guard effort monster that leaves it all out there…if this defense clicks with the bench shooting 3s good and Bron+Luka+Reeves cook with JJs mind…this team can be trouble…I can't wait to see how the playoffs turn out this is one of the best end of regular seasons in history

Best regular season team is very different than best playoff team. They can stop Luka and Lebron. Will struggle against Steph and experienced warriors. Just having Shai and unproven young players is clearly not good enough. They have big players and good defensive players that weren’t there last year. They don’t miss AD at all. Helps to have vando. Ham didn’t have him last year.
It feels like all these media people are looking for a reason to doubt the thunder and the "Lakers gave it to them". Feels very much like confirmation bias.
Lakers' offense is not consistently good. Like Rachel said, this team needs to play 110% every game. They have a chance but a very little chance.

The claim she made about the second Lakers matchup is a complete fabrication. OKC had control of that game, but had gone cold in the 3rd quarter. They closed it like any other team they’ve faced this year. Luka would not have prevented that loss.
