Get your first look at the 2024-25 Memphis Grizzlies City Edition jerseys.

This yearโ€™s City Edition uniform pays homage to the 50th Anniversary of the ABAโ€™s Memphis Sounds, the city of Memphis, the era and its music, the unis, and our ABA basketball roots, with a GrzNxtGen energy and vibe.

In 1974, former ABA Commissioner Mike Storen took over operations of the Memphis franchise, lining up local co-owners, including Stax legend Isaac Hayes, and renaming it the Memphis Sounds to honor the cityโ€™s rich musical heritage.

This yearโ€™s City Edition uniform celebrates that legacy with a modern Grizzlies flare. The design combines an asymmetrical silhouette with a large cut-and-sew side panel, featuring a red base inspired by the Sounds’ past uniforms. Drawing wordmark inspiration from the 1974/75 Sounds jerseys, this uniform adds a pop of Beale Street Blue from our current uniforms, along with โ€˜record goldโ€™ from our โ€˜Memphis Soulโ€™ 2020/21 City Edition uniforms throughout the system. The primary bear head icon appears on the shortโ€™s belt buckle, while a new oversized โ€˜G-Noteโ€™ logo on the left short leg, inspired by the 1994/95 G-Swipe and the musical history of the Sounds and their ABA roots.

    I, for one, am sick of spending a minute each time I tune into a game to figure out which teams are playing, and where the game is locatedโ€ฆ because both teams are not wearing their normal colors, and the court might even be totally different like with the in-season tournament. Itโ€™s so confusing.

    When are u young gens going stop watching our elders get neglected in memphis on tv news stations in get involved go help them change there lives like the serenty towers on tv every week . Bed bugs no water no elevators bad living condition close to memphis state off highland street one young man went there only one u know when it get close to the 2 holidays that when u see tge same give on these days only show up. There are churches on every corner 365 collection plate . These same elderly and vets and disable familes gave in these places forever pay taxes and fought wars . Forgotten show up and make everyone else look at them selfs . We give all our lives even if we are not rich or we are poor do what u can. Vet pops out . โคโคโคโค
