  1. Malone needed to be fired after Minnesota loss. Being 20 points up and losing, unacceptable. He should be gone next day asap

  2. So the man himself said he was not part of the decision, and this 🤔 sits here and says he assumes he was…. WTF is wrong with these so called journalists these days.

  3. Nikola Jokic doesn't care about all that šŸ’©at all. He listened & accepted what was said. If you are working for a company and the boss makes changes what can you do?

  4. You don't understand the Balkan mentality, serbian mentality he would never say fire him or anything that would influence decisions like this. Especially when malone was his first and only coach in the NBA and balkan/serbian players appreciate that kind of relationship no matter what sport it is.

  5. All these people out here thinking everything runs like Lebron and the Lakers. #1 some better look up who owns the Denver Nuggets and what they are all about and where there from šŸ˜‚ they aren't Mrs Buss. Definitely aren't letting an employee convince them to draft their G-League son either.

  6. Not Everyone is wired like the other Stars of the League especially the International Players they are not like the Lebron’s. And it was the ownership group who made that decision.

  7. He literally said it how he was came up in Serbia, it’s a job. They came to him saying we are firing Malone and Jokic was given the explanation and just understood the reasoning. He didn’t fight it he just went with it, that’s his boss coming to him with a decision he felt was right and just wanted to inform Jokic too. Mfs acting like he said ā€œyup get rid of him, I hate that dudeā€. It’s simple. Some people online are making it out to be bigger than really is.

  8. It’s just another example that the NBA has become nothing more than a shooting gallery. Nobody wants two pointers anymore to the point people are missing layups now because they’re not used to scoring from the paint.

  9. Jokic isn't a typical NBA star. Like he said in the interview, he plays basketball for fun with his friends, but this is a job and he tries to be professional about it. It's not his job to decide who the head coach is.

  10. The reason is cause Malone played Westbrook in clutch time over and over againšŸ™„. Joker simply said enough of that nonsense

  11. There is absolutely no way that Kroenke didn't get Jokic's OK to fire Malone. And that's perfectly fine. Malone was stinking up the joint. This is the real world, people, and in that world, one Jokic is worth two dozen Malones. Jokic didn't say "can his ass", but he let it be known he was OK with it, and if you think otherwise, you are a naive fool.
