It's reasonable, but that's because they are in the east conference.
Barring injuries, the East's top 3 should be Cleveland, Boston and New York again. For me I have two wishes for the Raptors, that they make top 6 and also finish ahead of Indiana. For the glass is half-full fan base that would be a successful season.
