  1. Now that you have a chance to tell the truth you're still pussy-footing. Murray and MPJ are the worst #2/#3 scoring options ever to win a championship. Murray is Vinnie Johnson 2.0 while MPJ is the lowest IQ hooper in the league. Denver simply has a small town mentality and that's why they're squandering the 2nd greatest prime after MJ. Paaaathetic.

  2. Helping someone can help me understand. If some team draft a player and clearly not ready. Can the same team put the player in G league. And still used that money on veteran player. Cause the draft player is in G League?

  3. Malone went all in on everyone playing massive minutes against TWolves yet got beat in Double OT, for instance, Joker played 50+ minutes! So he stuck it to front office by doing what he wants, his way only. So front office was frustrated once again about not playing their draftees. Then next game he sat all the starters against Spurs because he had to, and in order to gear up against Warriors. That was the last straw because Malone lost all 3 pivotal games as head coach and maybe they thought Malone is just going to keep doing what he's been doing during this stretch run and actually all year long and will do the same for the upcoming playoffs too, yet we are losing, starters are getting hurt with all these minutes, and now he's starting to blame players in post game press conferences.

  4. So we all know this does not happen if NJ does not go along – so to me that is that is the puzzlement of the timing as most players would be concerned about such late shakeup

  5. had it not been for the Ringer montage and the wording, the picture alone screams Jim Norton.

  6. I don't think it's that jokic was ok with Malone being fired. And yah, he could have stopped it. He thinks it's not even his place to give his opinion on it. So, it's not that he's indifferent, ok with it, etc.. he just thinks that's not his job and he shouldn't even be asked.

  7. Happy to see so many of the knowledgeable people who cover the NBA (and other sports, but for me mostly NBA) getting away from ESPN purgatory and finding their voice elsewhere. Glad I found you on here Ryen 🎉

  8. Everyone is analysing this the wrong way around.
They were fired not because of professional failure or a losing streak; the owners took advantage of the losing streak as an opportunity to do what they wished to execute long ago. Playoff success with Malone would have been a peril to the plan. Firing them was the goal here ragardless of achievements and the owners were careful in choosing the best moment

  9. Somebody had to pay? Coach Malone kept pushing the Front Office to improve the teams roster and even shamed them to the media for it the last few seasons… the whole Front staff must be really close with the owner? Bcuz they had no reason to fire the Coach, but I guess this is how they went to shut him up… bcuz that whole Front Office should’ve been wiped out atleast 2 seasons ago! Bcuz they couldn’t do a more horrible job if they tried.

  10. Ryen knows little to nothing about the team, jokic wasn't asked and he has already said he isnt going anywhere, since the firing.

It's far more likely that Luka comes to Denver since LA cost him 100mil.

  11. Do more research. They were about to fire him years ago…but the title covered up the stench in the locker room. Malone is a big ball of stress. He kills confidence unless you are one of his favorites.
