Drafting isn’t why Griffin was fired. Culture is why. Team is ready. It’s all about culture.
Not the worse at all. He has drafted extremely well. He is the first to champion analytics, and international scouting. He just couldn't build around Zion.
He did try to change the med staff out. The players didnt like aaron Nelson so he got rid of him. Lets be fair. Its not all Griffs fault they were hurt a lot. Some of it was bad luck. Im not trying to defend him. He deserved to ve fired.
