We Know Why The Suns Are A DISASTER…

A summer of change in Phoenix has already started – after shockingly missing the playoffs this year despite the most expensive roster in NBA history – the Suns have fired Coach Mike Budenholzer after just one season – the 3rd straight season they have fired their coach and it is clear that this era of Phoenix Suns basketball is over.

They will TRY to trade Bradley Beal, a Kevin Durant trade seems inevitable at this point (especially considering they almost traded him at the deadline), and despite the Suns own plans, what exactly would convince Devin Booker to stick around at this point either?

Just a complete disaster of a situation in Phoenix that is likely only going to get worse

  1. They should've just kept the 2021 core. Sigh….. This era of the Suns is over. We're back to being a lottery team.

  2. OKC could get booker and Durant but they would be in the same situation as Phoenix is somewhat where it would be Durant booker SGA and a bunch of guys. But they have the assets especially with Alex curaso contract doubling next season

  3. Now, Suns need to see what they can get for Booker and Durant, then hope the front office can draft well.

  4. D Book gotta do some soul searching. This was a waste of a healthy yr. A waste of a prime. Time flies. It’s been a decade. Things gotta change.

  5. Beal not waving his trade clause wasn't why the suns didn't get jimmy butler. And trust booker won't be leaving

  6. They should have never traded for Durant because it eventually dismantle their awesome pieces that helped Booker & Paul to nba finals. Then, worst, they went after Beal 🤦

  7. Im suprised the suns would even trade for beal without making him give up the NTC completely before getting here

  8. Why no one is saying anything about Booker not being a leader and playing better than a old KD? When it was AD and LeBron in a similar situation everyone criticize AD for not playing better than LeBron.
The GM is obviously the real problem

  9. I think we missed a point, the GM, James Jones. He got early success. However, he got the success related to CP3 success.

After Ishbia came, James wanted to show what good he is. He forgot to tell the owner the truth of basketball.

  10. the Suns should take on PG and the #6 overall pick if Philly keeps it

Phoenix doesn't really have the choice to blow it up any time soon and the years on PG's contract shouldn't be an issue for them specifically

the hope by moving KD on for those assets is that PG's 1st year was a bit of an anomaly (due to injuries) and he should be at the very least a good fit on defense, plus the #6 overall will help rejuvenate their ranks

  11. KD is a way better asset then Booker because boooker is just not that good …if book was that guy he could have got to the playoffs …book couldn’t even win games without KD …nobody wants book that’s why he’s off the the table …

  12. James Jones was on a roll before Ishbia came to the scene. I can only imagine Jones was told what to do.

  13. How are you saying these teams want book more than KD? There’s no way the rockets would want book over KD lol idk where you’re getting that KD value is worse than book’s. Its team by team and the teams you named would not take book over KD smh

  14. He can't say no to releasing him from his job, I believe the GM is too nice, sometimes front offices need to do what they need to do. But I believe Bradley can resurge, not sure why we are burying him already.

  15. All they needed to do was replace Ayton with someone who did his job as a big man and they would've cooked

  16. Why you acting like every single team that wants KD wants Booker first ? You’re lying . Stop spreading mis information . Smh

  17. With KD, it was always the greedy “let’s sell our future to get a third star”, that kills them. First Harden in Brooklyn, then Beal in Phoenix. I think they would have been a lot better with Paul, Booker, KD, and Ayton than what they gave up to get Beal. Killed their flexibility and ability to create depth. Trading KD and/or Booker to Houston to get back some of their draft picks makes the most sense. Trade Beal back to Washington for nothing. I bet they’d do it to make their base happy while they continue to tank. OKC is the model for how you build a team.

  18. They scapegoated Nurkic earlon on for their defensive woes when they were 13-12 with him. They thought Charlotte's backup Nick Richards was the answer, they were 12-23 with him.
