You mentioned two critical pieces that went down in first week. Those were critical. Then you lose your two best wing defense for three months. That right there sound out anyone behind the eight ball but you have to factor in the best player Halliburton. The kid gets handed the keys to his first frenchies (hopefully only). So he now has to learn to be a leader and play at the top of the scouting report. Then his best friend gets traded mid season and insert Pascal. Then he pulls his hamstring severely. Then insert pascal and he has to learn all new habits and a personality. Then he is effectually the star of all star weekend in Indy. Then he has push through an injury (when everyone and their brother could see he wasn’t himself) in order to get to 65 games to get the generational money of the super max. The they make a deep run of which his injury finally catches up with him. Then he has to go right into USA basketball training. Then the Olympics then right back to Pacers basketball. Sometimes we forget because they are overpaid for a “game” they are humans that schedule would wear anyone out.
As for the bucks a couple of notes to consider here. Milwaukee won games 1 and 2 this year without Nesmith Nembhard Ijax and Wiseman. Also add in what I said above about Reese. The next two games which the pacers split the pacers were on night two of a back to back in where the bucks were rested and bad lillard and Giannis in all 4. As did IFl lilard comes back you think he is in game shape after a month or more off with no in game training. As for the Pacers no one to shut him down have you ever watched Nembhard.
The bucks “hot run” has been against a lot of under 500 teams.
The pacers have a chance to sweep this series maybe win it in five though my money is in six.
Pacers are a team that can make a series interesting against the cavs or Celtics. In my opinion they could beat the cavs or Celtics. If they beat the bucks
