He's the worst defender in the league, his shooting prowess is pretty theoretical, he dominates the ball, and he seems to have problems with coaches.
I would never want him on my team, you're not going anywhere.
It’s not Trae it’s the shitty front office of Landry Fields and Caveman Korver constantly building mediocre teams around him. Dyson Daniels was a phenomenal pickup and had great development. But a lot of misses everywhere else
I agree. I'm a Georgia native but am a Celtics fan since I got into basketball as a kid. The Hawks are good and I've liked watching them these past five years but I think it is time to move on from Trae. A lot of great talent have came and went through ATL's doors… Bogi, Huerter, Hunter, etc. but they're still "bad". I thought Murray was a good fit and that they should have traded Young and kept him around… at least until they found someone else (if there was anyone to be found).
In theory a very entertaining team could be built around Trae, but he's definitely holding back the Hawks at this point.
